Dear Sir,

         I am Ranjan Dutta, an ex-student of your college. I was a student of the college for seven years from 2000 to 2007 and completed my graduation in April 2007. For the last three years I have been teaching in one of the schools in the town. Next month I am planning to go to Delhi for higher studies. Hence I will need a character certificate from the college where I studied last.

         While studying in the college I was in the football team of the college and was selected to play for the state, in the national championship. I have also represented the college in the state-level debate competition. Besides I was an N.C.C. cadet of the college for more than three years and a member of the college’s Social service group. During my years in the college, I have been a good and disciplined student and have done my best to bring the name to the college, I am sure you will take all these facts into consideration and issue a suitable character certificate for me to continue my further studies.
