Dear Sir,
With due respect, it is submitted that I am serving as a GPC (Gaon Panchayat Coordinator) under your kind control. I perform my duties with full zeal and zest. I have found a pleasant atmosphere of my present place of posting. But I face some problems while serving here because of being away from my home. I have to look after my parents therefore while present here I feel myself divided.
My home Block is Lakhimpur Dev. Block which is far away from Ghilamara Dev. Block. Therefore, I intend to get myself transferred to Bogalijan G.P. under Lakhimpur Dev. Block . A substitute of mine named as Deba Gogoi who is serving at Bogalijan G.P. under Lakhimpur Dev. Block is willing for his transfer at my place i.e. Ghilamara G.P. under Ghilamara Dev. Block. He is a Very hardworking GPC (Gaon Panchayat Cordinator) and devoted to his duties.
Therefore, it is requested that our mutual transfer may be made after the issuance of formal order, so that we may serve for the department easily.

Sub:-Prayer for Mutual transfer from Ghilamara G.P. under Ghilamara Dev. Block to Bogalijan G.P. under Lakhimpur Dev. Block.
Sir,
With reference to the subject cited above I have the honour to state that I have been working as Gaon Panchayat Coordinator in Ghilamara G.P. under Ghilamara Dev. Block. That your honour Sir I am to inform you that this area is very far from my home which is about 100kms away. Also it becomes very difficult for me to meet up with the expenses which occurs in travelling. Along with that my father health is not well so I have to look after him also by being present, being the eldest male in the family.
I belong to Nakari in Lakhimpur and so I want to discharge my duties smoothly. A substitute of mine named as Deba Gogoi(Gaon Panchayat Coordinator) who is working at Bogolijan G.P. under Lakhimpur Dev. Block is willing for his transfer at Ghilamara G.P under Ghilamara Dev. Block.
Therefore, I and Deba Gogoi request you kindly that our mutual transfer may be made after the issuance of formal order, so that it become ease for performing our duties more effectively after the issuance of a formal order from your end, so that we may serve for the department with full zeal and zest.
